Breakfast Casserole Supreme Fresh red peppers, sweet onion, and tomatoes from the local Farmers Market mingled with seasoned hash browns and farmer sausage are crowned with eggs and cheddar cheese. Cinnamon Tradition Freshly baked and sprinkled with Watkins cinnamon, these sweet rolls have been a family favourite and Sunday tradition for years. Ruby Red Grapefruit Cocktail A surprisingly sweet and naturally refreshing wake-up. Summer Fruit Medley A summer song of fresh fruit flavours-strawberries, cantaloupe, nectarines, and blueberries-crowned with a dollop of whipped cream. Cascadia Croissant A freshly baked croissant gently stuffed with softly scrambled eggs, honey ham, and Swiss cheese, then drizzled with Hollandaise sauce. Orange Muffins A delicious orange flavoured muffin with little date flecks throughout, to be enjoyed plain or with your choice of our homemade jams. Chilled Apple Juice A blend of juices from Okanagan valley apples Cantaloupe Caper Smiling slices of cantaloupe, fresh from the local Farmers Market Outrageous French Toast Baked with homemade bread, this French toast is caramelized and topped with cream and sweet strawberries. Outrageous! Bagel Bites Mini-bagels toasted and lightly buttered, enjoyed with your choice of our family's homemade jams. HOT BEVERAGES Coffee San Miguel, a freshly ground, Colombian gourmet coffee, available in dark or light roast or decaffeinated. San Miguel coffee is fairly traded-that is, small-scale coffee producers are guaranteed a fair price and their community receives contributions to aid in education and job creation.
